CONVICTIONS

What drives my work.

Collective intelligence before method

The best technology doesn't replace listening. Teams usually know what's broken — they just don't always get the chance to be heard. My first task is to gather that intelligence before proposing direction.

Security by design

Cybersecurity isn't bolted on at the end of a project. It's designed into the architecture, the governance, the contract choices. Direct experience from leading a major cyberattack response in 2018 with French ANSSI and DGSI.

Medium-to-long-term view

A CIO who only thinks about the next quarter is a fragile CIO. My role, in coaching or interim mode, is to help hold both horizons: day-to-day commitments and the 18-to-36-month target.

Concrete international

Integrating a subsidiary in 3 months, harmonizing an ITSM framework across 5 continents, leading a team across 25 time zones — that's less theory than human logistics. I know what it costs and what it returns.
